From her first apparel job in 1988 to founding Cotton Chicks (now Cotton Collective), from bustling Los Angeles to a small farming town in Arizona, her love for self-sufficiency, fashion, and styling has been the driving force for her success.

Together, these women are a force! They work collectively to design the highest quality of clothing with sustainable fabrics and help other women launch successful boutique businesses.

The Beginning

Jessica worked in the direct sales field for seven years helping to grow two companies. She was a top leader that held large teams/communities of women, earning many top team/sales/leadership awards and exclusive trips. She is passionate about empowering women while helping them find something they love and giving them the tools to become successful.

Together, these women are a force! They work collectively to design the highest quality of clothing with sustainable fabrics and help other women launch successful boutique businesses.

Cotton Collective Was Born

Cotton Collective represents the desire to build a community of women to encourage and support one another while running successful businesses together, while having the flexibility to also be there for their family. Teri and Jessica have always been passionate about design and fashion. They understand that most women simply love clothes, but they lack the time to shop for themselves. The concept behind Cotton Collective was to maximize the time women do have to have fun, enjoy fashion, and earn money.

Flexibility is always key, which is why they made sure that whoever works with Cotton Collective is in full control of their own schedule. Empowering women is vitally important to us, and it’s at the heart of what Cotton Collective is all about. You can be your own boss while still being there for your family.
